Pantera works together with distributors and broadcasters worldwide to release contents in every territory and channel: cinema, TV, DVD, VOD, ancillary (flights, boats, hotels) with corporations established with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Hulu, Apple iTunes, and Google Play. Pantera Film has a key figure in every phase of each project, from the screenplay to the development and post production, until the worldwide distribution.

Annalisa Zanierato
CEO - Producer, Distributor
Annalisa Zanierato is a former professional basketball player, who, after leaving the sport, became producer and international distributor for films, documentaries and TV series, growing professionally alongside Mark Holdom. Passionate about travels, for many years she attended biggest film festivals and film markets worldwide, building relationships with directors, producers, distributors, talent, and media investors. She distributed and licensed documentaries, film and TV Content, for worldwide clients for fifteen years. In 2015 she started to handle the production development and financial processes. In 2019 she became CEO of Pantera Film and responsible for production and financing of each project.
Prince Nnamdi Adigwu
PARTNER - Producer, Sales Manager
International Film and TV Producer, Global Media and Entertainment Executive, he has led and brokered several Film and TV Content Sales and Acquisition deals, third-party licensing deals, TV Channel carriage deals, multiscreen technology deployment for clients spanning five continents including Asia, North America, Africa, Middle East and Europe. Rated Top 2% of top Entertainment Executives in Nigeria (2015 Rating), he is the owner and Executive Producer at Andrew Adigwu Entertainment, a Film development, Production and Financing company based in Nigeria.
Eric Pendleton
PARTNER - Senior Financial Manager
President of Pendleton Financing, Eric has 12 years’ experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, and real estate sales. Eric had his first business at the age of 17 and helped run a family business for 38 years. Originally from Maine and a 25-year resident of Boston, he has forged meaningful relationships with dozens of banks and private lenders nationwide and internationally. Additionally, Eric has consulted in a number of key industries including Banking, Biotech/Pharma, Financial Services, Education, Social Media, IT/High-Tech, Health Care, Insurance, and Ice Cream. His diverse business experience helps him to understand – and more importantly, relate to – unique aspects of different business needs. Eric was also a finalist with his product “Chill Cream” (THC ice cream) in a new reality TV show featured on Amazon and PlutoTV about business entrepreneurship in the cannabis industry, named The Next Marijuana Millionaire (release date: June 2020).
Mark Holdom
CONSULTANT
Holdom holds much experience in film production and financing. He lived in New York, Tokyo, and Sydney in the 80s, touring with rock bands including Metallica, Alanis Morissette, and Tina Turner. He moved to LA in 1991 to work with Frank Zappa. Holdom also has 22 years of experience in finance, 39 years in film and music production, marketing, and distribution, and 39 years of management, staffing, and company organizational work. He has worked for numerous high-profile companies across the globe in positions related to sales, acquisitions, and strategic consultation.
Traci Rhone
PARTNER - Producer, Financial Manager
Ms. Traci Rhone is an independent Film maker committed to social justice and counterculture. She has worked with major companies such as Time Warner as well as with Grammy and Oscar Award Winning Producers, Directors and Actors. She founded Kingston5 Productions in memory of her late father, Trevor D. Rhone a famous Jamaican playwright and filmmaker. He produced, wrote and directed works such as The Harder They Come (1972), co-author; Smile Orange (1974); Top Rankin, Milk and Honey (1988), Best Screen Play Toronto International Film Festival, Genie winner; One Love (2003), Cannes Film Festival.
Maurizio Mistretta
PARTNER - Director, Executive Producer
Maurizio Mistretta is founder and Managing Director of the Bangkok International Artists Guild. He has been writing, directing and acting films and theatre plays for the last 25 years. His large activity starts in Bologna at the Conservatoire of Theatre and develops with several important masters in Italy, long term activity inside of Pisa's prison as Art Director of a company of inmates-actors (1993-2001) and the projects inside of public and private schools in Italy and Thailand (1990-2008). In 2001, in collaboration with the RAI, he produced a documentary about his theatre in prison: "Pisa's Towers" RAI 3 (National Channel). From 2000 to 2006 he organized workshops in several Thai Correctional Houses in Bangkok in collaboration with the UNICEF-Bangkok and produced a video document "Pinocchio in Siam" (Melampo Documentary, La7 TV, 2007). His theatre activity includes play inspired by Dostoevsky. Aristophanes, Dante Alighieri, Shakespeare, Beckett, Lorenzini, Kafka, Hrabal, Pinter, Pirandello, Pasolini and many others. Recently, he produced theatre and film events for the Italian Embassy, the Czech Embassy, Alliance Francaise and the German Embassy. His filmography in Thailand started on 2016 with the production of several movies (The two Brothers, Soi Tanakan, Fragment of Gaudium, The Red Iron Door and Useful Idiots) and one documentary (Boxer Rebellion). Andrea Zanierato

Mr. Andrea Zanierato is an independent Author and Executive Producer. He started working in the 90's in the music industry, as a songwriter and singer. In the 2000s he founded the XAM band with whom he still writes lyrics and sings. In 2020 he began his work with Pantera Film by editing and reviewing screenplays. In 2021 he started dealing with executive production and acquisitions for Italy. Early 2023 he began the drafting of the screenplay of the doc series "Never stop Dreaming".
Sandro Calvani
PARTNER - Author, Executive Producer
As a United Nations diplomat in four continents for 23 years, Calvani has been Chief of Mission in various conflicts, social and civil wars. He has visited and worked in 135 countries and collected amazing stories of human resilience and regeneration in 28 books he has published, which won international recognition and literary awards.
